Qualifications:
  • Equipment Required: Computer with 8GB+ of RAM & 100mbps download speed
  • 1 + year of telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service/ sales/ call center experience preferred

What Are We Looking For:
  • Experienced inbound agents who are money motivated and determined to move up in our company
 
What You Do:
  • You will be setting appointments for our Junior-Senior level Energy Specialist, all from the comfort of your home
  • Our Call Center Agents will call on data off all forms from new homeowner, aged, opt-in (online), past roofing customers, and recycled data who may have heavy interest in home improvement or solar at one point in time. Which campaigns you pick is completely up to you. We have 6-10 different campaigns running simultaneously
  • You go through the discovery process and discuss the benefits of Solar, with the goal of setting up a qualified appointment for our team
  • The better you do, the better you’re paid. Reason being, we have nationwide leading incentive performance bonuses

Solution Specialist (Roofing)

Overview:
The Solution Specialist/Salesman reports to the General Manager. This position is responsible for developing new business and managing that business through the entire roof installation process. This position requires excellent customer service, exceptional leadership, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
 
The Solution Specialist/Salesman Duties:
  • Understands or learns all roofing systems
  • Excellent customer service
  • Maximize each sales opportunity with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationship
  • Develops a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge
  • Participates in company and industry events and conferences
  • Works on special projects and contributes to team effort
  • Has excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with other team members
  • Conducts himself in a professional matter acting as the customer relationship Management
  • Works closely with marketing team & general manager to provide smart ideas maximizing market sales opportunities

  • High degree of confidentiality required

Energy Specialist (Solar)
